Brewing Instructions: Start with 1 cup of water & add 1 bag of tea. Allow to infuse for 4-7 minutes, remove or keep tea bag for desired taste, then serve at anytime of the day. 

Enjoy your tea plain or add milk or alternative, sugar or honey.
